Young Pham

Young has been providing strategic guidance to businesses for over 20 years. With a focus on financial services, he's led Chase's digital product organizations and helped VC-backed start-ups in mortgage lending and investing. At CI&T, Young is responsible for developing customer experience strategies for clients who need to navigate heavily regulated industries. His client experience spans a variety of brands, including Wells Fargo, BlackRock, Invesco, TIAA, Chase, Bank of the West, and Charles Schwab. He holds a BBA in Business Analysis and Information Systems from Texas A&M University.
