Willis Chang is the Digital Transformation Officer for Kinecta Federal Credit Union (Manhattan Beach, CA, $6.7B in assets) reporting to the CIO, where he leads their Digital Transformation efforts, PMO, Digital Banking, and technical product owners to execute on strategy initiatives. He has served in many different roles over his 20-year IT / digital career at Kinecta.

Willis is also an active industry participant and is currently the Chair of the America's Credit Unions' Technology Council Executive Committee. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (MIS) from the University of Southern California.
