Vivian Yeung joined Fremont Bank in May 2017 to serve as Executive Vice President, Chief Digital & Technology Officer, for the bank reporting to the bank’s Chief Executive Officer. In this position, Ms. Yeung oversees the areas of Digital Channels, Information Technology (IT) and Security, Project Management Office, and Enterprise Data Analytics areas. As part of executive leadership, Ms. Yeung advises the board of directors on matters of digital, technology, and innovation given the fast-paced rate of change in financial services landscape. Ms. Yeung fosters a culture of teamwork and agility organizing Digital Technology areas aligned to business strategies, goals and objectives for the bank; this in turn brings about the developed framework of prioritized portfolio and program efforts for the bank to embark upon. Ms. Yeung continues to drive an inspired and passionate organization, which seeks to bring service differentiation experiences for Fremont Bank clients and associates through spearheading the digital and technology evolution at Fremont Bank. Ms. Yeung has spent 25+ years in a variety of leadership roles within digital, technology and strategic planning. Prior to joining Fremont Bank, Ms. Yeung served as the Head of Digital Banking Servicing and Digital Payments at Bank of the West where she provided leadership oversight for Mobile, Online Banking, and Digital Payments across the bank.
