Treva Oliphant is a native of Winston-Salem, NC and currently serves as the Vice President of Digital Banking and Process at Allegacy Federal Credit Union. She has served in several capacities at Allegacy, starting as a Teller and filling various roles such as Financial Center Assistant Manager, Contact Center Manager and Assistant Vice President of Digital Banking. She truly enjoys serving members, helping them make smart financial choices and doing the right thing for their wellbeing.
In her current role, Treva is responsible for designing and implementing digital solutions that enhance both the member experience and the employee experience, driving operational efficiency, and supporting the long-term growth objectives of the credit union. Treva has been instrumental in implementing a new core banking system, introducing AI into the Contact Center and Online workflows, installing Interactive Teller Machines across Financial Centers and is currently working on a Digital Banking system conversion to provide a best-in-class digital platform for Allegacy members.
She is an avid learner and enjoys teaching young people about Financial Literacy. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from North Carolina State University, her Master of Business Administration from Florida State University and currently holds a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from the Project Management Institute.
