February 24th | Day 1: A Roadmap For Digital Transformation

8:55 AM CDO Keynote Fireside or Presentation: Becoming A Digital Changemaker And Driving A Successful Transformation Strategy

Successful digital leaders often do more than incorporate the latest technologies. They create paradigm shifts that change the organization’s mentality and approach to banking. These paradigm shifts enable new opportunities (anti-fraud, ai implementation, etc.) that were previously unavailable.

Learn key strategies to embrace change management and listen to a transformation trailblazer discuss their real-world journey.

  • Crafting a transformation roadmap to keep your efforts on track and on budget
  • Identifying your internal strengths, weaknesses, and the resources necessary to identify when you need to partner and when to go in-house
  • Implementing data focused metrics to assess the impact of digital changes both internal and external from workflow efficiencies to customer adoption
  • Identifying solutions from a variety of business owners to best address pain points and fill gaps that can arise during the transformation journey
  • Defining what digital maturity is for your organization, to know when the digital transformation “ends” and new goals can be pursued
