Ryan Spradlin

As Vice President of Product Engineering, Ryan Spradlin oversees the building, testing, and delivering the software that makes up M1’s customer experience. He joined the company in 2015 and has built the engineering department from the ground-up, from a single engineer (himself) to a team of more than 50 employees. Prior to joining M1, he spent seven years in technology consulting where he led software teams and provided technical expertise to global brands at Acquity Group (acquired by Accenture in 2013). Ryan has a BS in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Ryan is a fan of craft beers and loves hitting the road for long, scenic motorcycle rides.
