Richard Bishop is a seasoned professional in financial services with roles at CEDAR CX, FIS, and now Precisely. He's known for managing key partnerships with major system integrators and strategic CX projects globally with companies like TIAA-CREF, Barclays, Sallie Mae, BB&T, Nationwide, and Ameriprise. His experience covers client services, sales, implementation as well as overall strategic account management.
Prior to CEDAR, Richard in various capacities starting as a Business Analyst at Hewitt Associates (now Aon) in their Benefits Outsourcing practice. During his tenure at Hewitt, Richard held numerous roles from quality assurance, configuration and development, and large-scale implementation management for clients such as First Data, Sears-Kmart, UPS, and GlaxoSmithKline. Richard is an influential figure in the financial services industry, shaping client engagement through his expertise and strategic vision.
