Paula Grieco

Paula Grieco is a Senior Vice President at Commonwealth. In this role she leads the marketing communications, strategic partnerships and development functions. Paula brings a proven track record of leadership and organizational growth, having founded and built a successful professional services business, and contributed to the growth of several high growth enterprises throughout her career. She has particular expertise in business strategy and building, networking and development, marketing, operational process and employee development/coaching. Throughout her career, Paula has been passionate about issues of social change, has sat on several mission-driven boards, demonstrated a commitment to her community, to social justice more broadly, and to specific social causes including the economic empowerment of girls and women.
