February 25th | Day 2: Implementing New Gen Tech To Attain Digital Maturity

9:35 AM Keynote Panel: Generative AI: Now That You’ve Implemented It, How Are You Using It?

AI regulation in the US has tended to center around broad trust regulations to ensure financial institutions are competitive and using it in an ethical manner. This broad sweep tends to mean FIs are slow to implement AI externally.

Join this dynamic keynote to identify internal opportunities for AI usage, including the creation of digital campaigns, using chatbots, internal querying and more.

  • Creating cross functional groups to set rules of engagement and navigate regulatory ‘grey areas’ ie. when used incorrectly gen AI runs the risk of copyright infringement, as well as false and illogical information
  • Implementing generative AI for more natural employee search inquiries
  • Incorporating Predictive AI/ML to produce focused and dynamic pricing methodology for clients
  • Acknowledging generative AI’s limitations and bias to use in more relevant scenarios that enhance productivity and benefit the customer
  • Understanding Gen AI as a base to work from, and potentially alleviating more time intensive work

Check out the incredible speaker line-up to see who will be joining Nina.
