Michelle Hamilton

Michelle Hamilton is the Chief Marketing Officer for Park National Bank and oversees the bank’s direct banking program. In 2019, Michelle joined Park’s newly formed Innovation Team to help consider how to improve digital experiences for customers. Out of that work, in May 2020, the ParkDirect app was created and launched using Agent IQ’s technology. In 2021 Michelle became the Direct Banking Program Manager, responsible for the new division that was created for ParkDirect associates and customers, and she continues to retain program oversight in her current marketing role.
