Kody Schrader

Kody started his career at the Associations in 2008 and in 2011 he joined the Strategy & Innovation Team as the product manager of the Association's first customer portal (AgriPoint) and mobile application (FCSAmerica Mobile). In 2015 he began working with early-stage tech startups at the Greater Omaha Chamber to help them scale and grow the local economy.

Following that, Kody returned to the Associations on the Strategy & Innovation Team as a Product Manager and Innovation Manager. During this time, he helped establish a process to validate new ideas, run experiments, and create relationships with AgTech startups. He joined the Digital Products & Services Team in July of 2019 as the team’s first full-time Product Manager to help optimize our digital real estate channel and then served as Lead Product Manager which has assisted the company in booking 100's of millions in loan volume.

Since then, he’s been a Strategic Product Manager which included helping us advance the product management discipline, providing leadership and support to the customer portal/digital experience. Most recently he has led the Digital Empowerment team to support the execution of our Omni Channel Strategy.

Kody grew up in south central Nebraska and is married with a son, two daughters & two labradors.
