John Barbalaco, Chief Banking Officer of DR Bank, where he oversees commercial lending, retail branch banking and marketing for the Connecticut-based community Bank. A seasoned banking executive with over twenty years of experience. John’s background is in commercial lending and credit, however, through his role at the Bank, he has spent the last several years steering the Bank’s marketing efforts towards digital marketing. Through the expansion of search engine optimization, google analytics and social media advertising, the Bank has expanded its reach and understanding of the effectiveness of its marketing efforts.
A native New Yorker, John holds a BS in Finance from Fordham University and MBA from the University of Connecticut.
