Jennie Swindell is an innovative banking leader, with extensive experience in driving technological and operational transformations. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Finance Transformation and Senior Vice President at Zions Bancorporation, Jennie has successfully led large-scale projects, including the replacement of core banking systems involving integration with numerous other systems.

With over 20 years in banking, her career includes various leadership roles, including overseeing finance and accounting product management, and managing credit operations. Jennie is known for her strategic planning, risk management, and ability to lead cross-functional teams toward achieving shared goals. She holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems with an emphasis in Accounting from Arizona State University and has earned multiple certifications in scaled agile methodologies.

Jennie and her team were recently recognized as one of the “American Bankers Most Powerful Women in Banking Top Teams”.

Jennie lives in Phoenix, AZ, where she enjoys spending quality time with her family and dogs, getting lost in a great book, and competing in a bowling league.
