Director of Fan Experience Kansas City Chiefs

Jayne emerged from her 18th season with the Kansas City Chiefs as a Super Bowl Champion! Serving as the club's Director of Fan Experience, Jayne is charged with driving the service culture across the organization. As part of her role, Jayne leads the year-round execution of Season Ticket Member engagement and retention programming as well as the stewardship of the club’s Championship Service strategy. Jayne is also the club’s Fan Conduct liaison to the NFL and oversees the gathering and reporting of all fan insight metrics across all functions. A native of Columbia, Mo, Jayne is a graduate of the Ole Miss and most importantly, mom to two girls and a boy.
