Irene serves as the Vice President of Offers Global Loyalty at Mastercard, leading program performance, strategic direction of market expansions, and product innovation for Mastercard’s 900+ programs across 90+ markets globally. Bringing a wealth of experience to her role, Irene has been a vital part of Mastercard for 17 years, during which she navigated upwards through various product management positions and as the Global Consumer Credit Product Owner for the Affluent card portfolio, Irene has been instrumental in bringing numerous products to market, achieving this by forging direct partnerships with clients.

Her educational background is anchored by a bachelor’s degree from New York University, which laid the foundation for her illustrious career. Beyond her professional life, Irene is deeply rooted in Rye Brook NY, where she resides with her husband and two children. She is passionate about traveling, which allows her to explore new cultures and experiences. Additionally, Irene dedicates her time to volunteering with her local Parent-Teacher Association (PTA), demonstrating her commitment to community engagement and the well-being of her family’s educational environment.

Before joining Mastercard, Irene’s career was significantly shaped by her time at Citigroup, where she held various positions within the retail bank and Citi cards. Her tenure here was marked by substantial contributions to the organization, showcasing her versatility and commitment to excellence. Following her time at Citigroup, Irene further honed her skills at Synchrony Bank, where she led consumer lifecycle marketing, focusing on the cobrand card portfolio. This role underscored her expertise in crafting and implementing strategic marketing initiatives, significantly impacting customer engagement and loyalty.
