Heather Fitzmorris

Heather Fitzmorris serves as the Head of Wealth Management Product where she leads the teams focused on driving product planning, visioning, development, management, and customer experience to deliver on our human + digital product strategy. Her teams lead product across four core wealth businesses: Ascent Private Capital Management, U.S. Bank Private Wealth Management, U.S. Bank Wealth Management, and U.S. Investments from U.S. Bancorp Investments. She has been with U.S. Bank for the last three years, serving in multiple leadership roles during her tenure including; Head of Community Wealth Management, Chief Operating Officer of Affluent and Head of Emerging Affluent, and the executive sponsor of the Women’s Wealth Management Network. In addition to U.S. Bank, Fitzmorris has spent the last 24 years of her career serving in various roles within wealth management across four Fortune 500 companies. Heather led the Digital Sales Infrastructure team at TIAA, served as the Executive Vice President, Director of Global Wealth and Mass Affluent Segment at BBVA. She also spent over ten years at Regions Financial Corporation in various leadership roles within Private Wealth Management leading strategic planning, sales process, operations and product management. Fitzmorris holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and a Master’s degree from Troy University. She resides in Houston, Texas with her husband, and two children.
