Sr. Vice President, Group Experience Manager, Digital PNC

Denise Rossi Henn is a Senior Vice President, Group Experience Manager, in the Retail Payments and Digital group at PNC where she supports the shop and personalization digital experiences. In this role, she oversees web development, analytics, data science and localization.

Denise’s nearly 25-year career at PNC spans responsibilities for digital marketing, personal financial management tools and marketing services. Denise was instrumental in developing and launching new capabilities in the organization, including digital analytics, email marketing, search engine optimization and social media.

Denise is a past member of the Consumer Bankers Association, Digital Committee, and sits on the Women’s Business Development Committee within PNC.

In 2013 Denise was recognized as part of PNC’s Circle of Excellence for her contributions to shaping PNC’s social media program.

Denise has been a featured speaker/panelist at Future Digital Finance (previously Net Finance) speaking on digital marketing and digital analytics and the Consumer Bankers Association speaking on security, digital analytics, digital marketing, personalized insights and the small business digital experience.
