William Anderson is EVP and CXO of The First National Bank in Sioux Falls. Prior to leading CX at FNBSF, he was the Chief Strategy Officer for the largest senior care and services nonprofit in the country. Anderson, a former tenured research faculty member, has a PhD and Masters in political science from The Ohio State University and Bachelors in political science from the University of Nebraska. He lives in Vermillion, South Dakota.
