Ami Iceman-Haueter

Ami Iceman serves as the Chief Research and Digital Experience Officer at Michigan State University Federal Credit Union (MSUFCU), overseeing the digital experience, user experience and research teams. Iceman serves as a critical part of the digital pillar of the credit union, creating critical alignments with the Innovation and Digital Services team to create an impactful member experience from start to finish. She focuses on leveraging member feedback and insights to drive digital change that is accessible and easy. Iceman thrives on and finding creative way to move concepts to reality to serve MSUFCU members.
