With over 15 years driving transformation in financial technology, Alexey has been at the center of some of fintech's most significant success stories. As Global Head of Solutions at Mambu, the first cloud-native core banking platform, he was instrumental in the company's hypergrowth journey to unicorn status and $5.5 billion valuation, enabling neobanks like N26 and Stash as well as digital innovation units for established institutions like Western Union and Raiffeisen to launch cloud-native banking propositions across 65 countries. Prior to that, he guided Tier-1 institutions including HSBC, Citi, and Navy Federal Credit Union through multi-billion dollar digital transformation programs at Backbase.

Alexey is passionate about working with builders and operators at the cutting edge of fintech and banking - the teams architecting the future of financial services. His work focuses on empowering these innovators to launch new propositions in months rather than years, ship features in weeks, and maintain true strategic autonomy while integrating AI capabilities without architectural constraints.
